Tim Bray

Tim Bray graduated from the University of Guelph, normally famous for Agricultural excellence, then worked for a computer company and telephone company before stumbling into the New Oxford English Project at the University of Waterloo, where he discovered angle brackets. Since then he worked for two of his own startups (one successful), volunteered in several capacities, some XML-related, at the W3C, and has been an employee of Sun Microsystems, Google, and (presently) Amazon Web Services. He has written over a million words on his blog and is also known as @timbray.
