Lauren Wood

Lauren Wood is Editor and Publisher (as well as the programmer) of XML.com, Course Director at the XML Summer School, and also an XML consultant specializing in documents of various types. She has recent experience in legislative systems, journals, and healthcare, customizing editors, and writing XSLT and schematron.

Past XML experience includes chairing the US-based XML Conference series from 2001 - 2005, chairing the original W3C DOM WG, participating in many other W3C and OASIS committees and working groups, as well as being a major contributor to XMetaL development.
